CBC Group is an agile Facilities Maintenance and Construction business with a national footprint. We currently have an opportunity for a Construction Administrator based in our Banyo office in Brisbane, supporting a diverse portfolio of minor capital works, refurbishment upgrades, and small to medium commercial construction projects across Queensland.
Working closely with our Pre-Construction, Estimating, and Project Delivery teams, you will play a key role in keeping projects commercially controlled, contractually compliant, and running smoothly from tender through to completion. This is a high-volume environment where your attention to detail, coordination skills, and ability to manage competing priorities will set you apart.
You’ll be a central link between subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring documentation, procurement, and financial processes are well managed and aligned with project outcomes.
About the Role:
In this role, you’ll be hands-on across the full project lifecycle, supporting tendering activities, coordinating subcontractor pricing, and assisting in the preparation of competitive submissions. You’ll work closely with internal teams to manage procurement processes, issue subcontract agreements, and maintain contract documentation in line with company procedures.
As projects move into delivery, you’ll support cost control and commercial performance by assisting with progress claims, reviewing subcontractor invoices, and maintaining accurate cost tracking records. You’ll also play a key role in managing variations and change processes, ensuring all updates are documented, approved, and reflected in project financials.
Alongside this, you’ll maintain organised project documentation systems, track drawings and correspondence, and help coordinate communication between project stakeholders to keep everything moving efficiently.

• Experience in construction contract or project administration
• Strong systems and documentation management capability
• Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Driver’s Licence (preferred)
