State Lead – IT & Sales Consultant

About the Role:

As our State Lead, you’ll be the face of Catalytic IT in Tasmania. This unique role blends your technical expertise with your sales acumen. You’ll be an ICT all-rounder, capable of supporting small businesses across multiple sites while also growing our client base.

You won’t be alone! You’ll have the backing of our expert technical team in Perth, allowing you to focus on both technical consulting and expanding business opportunities.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide hands-on ICT support and consultancy to local clients.
• Attend community and technology networking events to represent Catalytic IT.
• Conduct outbound sales, building relationships and selling managed services and hardware.
• Drive growth by securing managed services agreements, services work, and facilitating sales in both hardware and software.
• Fly the local flag for a leading Apple-friendly ICT consultancy organisation

What We’re Looking For:

• A seasoned ICT professional either with MSP experience or as a solo IT consultant – comfortable across a wide range of technologies.
• Someone who thrives in both technical and client-facing roles.
• A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously, supported by our Perth team.
• A natural relationship builder who’s excited to grow our presence in the region.
