Castledex is growing, and we need you! We are a commercial furniture company with a loyal, long-standing team of energetic staff who enjoy a great workplace culture. We are looking to add an Estimator to our team.
Working as part of our Estimating Team will give you the opportunity to build your skills while providing the perfect platform to showcase your expertise and make a real impact. As an Estimator, you will play an important role in supporting the success of our projects – contributing to accurate cost planning and helping deliver strong project outcomes within a positive and collaborative environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare accurate, timely, and commercially sound quotes across our commercial furniture and storage solutions
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain up-to-date pricing, specifications, and lead times
- Work closely with the Sales Team to confirm project scope, requirements, and timelines
- Ensure all materials, fixings, and installation components are captured within estimates
- Maintain well-structured quote files, including plans, pricing, and key correspondence
- Manage and update estimating data and documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility
- Respond to client enquiries and provide pricing support as required
- Assist with stock awareness and support general administrative and operational tasks
About You
- Previous experience in an estimating or similar role (ideally within furniture, fit-out, or construction)
- Strong attention to detail with good commercial awareness
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
- Comfortable working with systems and maintaining accurate data
- A team player who enjoys a collaborative and supportive environment
