Clinical Lead (Registered Nurse)

Location: Alice Springs, NT

Employment Type: Part-time (0.5 FTE; 22.8 hours per week)

Salary: Base salary of $120,000 per annum pro rata (above award)

Casa Services is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead (Registered Nurse) to provide leadership and oversight of clinical services for people with disability. This is an exciting opportunity to join a values-driven organisation and make a real impact in the disability sector.

About the role:

As Clinical Lead, you will:

  • Oversee clinical operations and ensure compliance with NDIS standards and clinical governance frameworks.
  • Develop and review client care plans, ensuring safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
  • Mentor and support frontline leaders and staff in evidence-based practice.
  • Manage clinical incidents, restrictive practices, and high-intensity supports.
  • Drive continuous improvement and contribute to strategic planning for clinical services.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in clinical service delivery.
  • Knowledge of NDIS requirements and clinical governance highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain high professional standards.
