Lead Quality Disability Services Across Central Australia

Casa Services is seeking a dynamic and strategic Client Services Manager to lead our Supported Independent Living (SIL), Day Program and Home & Community Support teams. This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to shape service delivery, drive continuous improvement, and support people with disability to live fulfilling and independent lives.

About the Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Client Services Manager provides strategic and operational leadership across multiple programs, ensuring exceptional participant outcomes, service quality, workforce performance and compliance with NDIS requirements.
You will lead a team of Client Services Coordinators and program leaders while overseeing service delivery, workforce planning, program budgets, risk management and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of Supported Independent Living, Day Program and Home & Community Support services.
- Drive a culture of person-centred, trauma-informed and culturally safe practice.
- Provide leadership, coaching and support to management and frontline teams.
- Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and relevant legislation.
- Manage service quality, safeguarding, risk management and incident oversight.
- Oversee workforce planning, rostering and budget performance.
- Analyse service data and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with participants, families, guardians and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to strategic planning, service development and organisational growth
About You
You are an experienced and values-driven leader with a strong background in disability, community services or a related sector. You combine operational expertise with strategic thinking and are committed to achieving outstanding outcomes for participants and staff alike.
Essential Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Social Work, Disability, Psychology, Health Services Management, Business or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ senior management experience within disability, community services or a similar sector.
- Strong knowledge of the NDIS framework, Practice Standards and Quality & Safeguards requirements.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, service delivery and operational budgets.
- Demonstrated cultural competency and commitment to culturally safe practice.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Current Driver’s Licence.
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
- National Police Clearance.
- NT Working with Children Clearance (Ochre Card).
- Australian work rights.
Desirable
- Postgraduate qualifications in management, business or related disciplines.
- Experience working in regional, rural or remote communities.
- Experience in organisational change, strategic planning or service growth.
- Not-for-profit sector experience.
