The Team

Our General Liability team in Brisbane, led by five Partners, has gained superior expertise from handling hundreds of claims, mediations and court procedures.  The work covers a broad range of insurance and commercial disputes including public liability, product liability and property damage claims.  The General Liability team acts for insurers, brokers, underwriters and claims companies, as well as corporate insureds.

The Position

We are looking for a Solicitor or Associate with general liability experience to join our team, working under Partner Milton Latta. You will have one to three years post-admission experience across a broad range of general liability matters, and the ability to demonstrate a sound grasp of key principles relevant to insurance.

You will also have excellent analytical skills, clear and concise writing ability, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. You are passionate about building strong client relationships and providing high quality service and advice
