Full-time | 100% Remote | Play a key role for a $3.3B Global AutoTech Unicorn | 3-4 days per week (up to 30 hours)

This role sits inside that growth story. You’ll work remotely, directly under the Cars24 Australia People & Culture Head, supporting hiring and HR admin across the entire Australia business.

🎯 What You’ll Do

Talent Acquisition & Candidate Experience

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple role types — sales, operations, customer experience, refurbishment, tech and corporate
  • Conduct structured phone screenings with Australian candidates — speed and quality both matter
  • Represent Cars24 Australia as a compelling, high-performance place to work
  • Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and ensure a smooth, professional candidate journey throughout

Stakeholder Management

  • Liaise with hiring managers across Australia and India to understand role requirements and gather timely feedback
  • Drive next steps confidently — progression, rejection, offer coordination
  • Maintain clear and proactive communication with all parties at every stage

Recruitment Operations

  • Post roles across SEEK, LinkedIn and Employment Hero ATS
  • Keep candidate pipelines organised and data accurate at all times
  • Issue employment contracts, support onboarding coordination and assist with offboarding and employment changes
  • Maintain accurate records across HR systems

HR Exposure & Growth

  • Support broader People & Culture operations including onboarding documentation and HR administration
  • Learn directly from experienced HR leaders and gain exposure to Australian employment frameworks
  • Grow into broader HR, Talent Lead or People Operations responsibilities over time

✅ What You Bring

  • 2-3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination or HR
  • Exceptional spoken and written English — this is an Australian-facing role and non-negotiable
  • Experience working with international teams or in fully English-speaking professional environments
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms — Employment Hero or Workable strongly preferred
  • Confidence using AI tools including Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini as part of your daily workflow
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
  • High ownership mindset — you follow through, close loops, and don’t let candidates sit in limbo
  • Degree or qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
