🚀 The Role & What You’ll Do

This isn’t volume sales. This is relationship-led, insight-driven consulting for customers investing in premium vehicles. You’ll be the expert in the room — guiding buyers through vehicle selection, financing options, aftercare packages, and bespoke service bundles with the kind of confidence and polish that turns a transaction into a long-term relationship.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Deliver a world-class showroom experience for pre-qualified luxury buyers
  • Develop deep product knowledge across our prestige inventory — including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Genesis, Lexus and premium Toyota models
  • Guide customers through tailored finance solutions, extended warranty options, and aftercare service packages
  • Build genuine rapport and follow through — luxury buyers return and refer
  • Present and close value-added bundles including paint protection, premium accessories, and service agreements
  • Lead meticulous vehicle handovers that feel as premium as the product
  • Maintain outstanding customer satisfaction scores and proactively collect reviews
  • Collaborate with our finance and aftercare teams to structure the right deal for each buyer

  • A natural ability to build trust with discerning buyers and navigate complex purchase decisions
  • Strong product curiosity — you’ll want to know everything about what you’re selling
  • Confidence presenting premium finance, warranty, and aftercare options as genuine value, not add-ons
  • Polished presentation and communication that matches the brand
  • Weekend availability — that’s when our most serious buyers come in
  • Valid Australian driver’s licence and full working rights

💵 Pay, Perks and Benefits:

  • Base Salary: Up to $60,000 + 12% Super (based on experience)
  • OTE: $130,000 (achieved by solid performers); $150,000+ (achieved by strong performers)
  • Commission fully uncapped — premium transactions, premium earning potential
