We’re hiring the founding cohort of online sales consultants to prove the playbook for a completely new model of automotive retail. No yard. No walk-ins. No paperwork drag.

In your first 12 months you’ll:
- Close more deals than a typical dealership floor rep — without leaving your desk
- Build the skills every industry will run on by 2030: digital sales, AI tooling, embedded finance
- Help shape how online car sales scales nationally — your wins become the playbook
⚡️ What a Tuesday looks like
- Warm leads pre-landed in your queue and calendar — buyers already deep in the funnel
- You jump on Google Meet, walk them through a car virtually, understand their needs and requirements
- AI tools handle note-taking, follow-ups, CRM hygiene and doc prep
- You present finance, warranty, and aftercare as one clean digital deal
- Close. Move to the next live buyer. Repeat. Aftersales and handover fully handled by your peers.
No cold calls, no tire-kickers, and absolutely no fighting other sales reps on the floor for ups.

📌 Requirements and what you bring:
- 2–4 years of B2C sales experience (automotive a plus, not a must)
- Strong communication; can simplify car talk for non-car people
- Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship for this role)
