About the Role

This 22-week contract role supports the Club’s Digital team across the 2026 AFLW season. As AFLW Content Producer, you will be responsible for the creation, coordination and distribution of Carlton’s AFLW digital content across all platforms including the website, social media channels and the mobile app.

Reporting to the Digital Content Manager, your focus will be match day and training content across photography, videography and short-form social content. You will play a key role in growing and retaining our AFLW audience through strategically targeted content aligned to the Club’s AFLW content strategy.

What You’ll Do

  • Create and publish short-form video content (Reels, TikToks) using native and desktop editing tools
  • Capture, edit and deliver photography quickly across match day, training and editorial contexts
  • Film and edit video including interviews, announcements and events in Premiere Pro or equivalent
  • Manage content scheduling, captioning and formatting across all digital platforms
  • Support the wider content and video teams to implement the weekly AFLW content plan

What You’ll Bring

  • 1-2 years experience in content and/or video production; sports industry experience preferred but not essential
  • Proficiency in short-form social content creation, particularly TikTok and Instagram Reels
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent video editing software
  • An understanding of AFLW and women’s sport more broadly
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, including match days, evenings and weekends
  • Tertiary qualification in Media, Film, Marketing, Journalism or a related field
