About the Role

We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer experience. As part of our Customer Experience team, you’ll help create a warm, organised and exceptional experience for families across every stage of their swim journey.

This is a frontline role where you’ll support families with bookings, enquiries and day-to-day operations across all aspects of the customer journey.

We believe to provide exceptional customer experience our frontline team also teach in our program. We will assist you to gain a nationally recognised teaching qualification. You will begin your journey learning the Customer Experience role building confidence in our systems, programs and family experience. From there, Carlile Swim will support you to obtain a swim teacher licence and confidently [CM1] deliver swim lessons as part of your role.

This blended role offers variety, hands-on involvement and the opportunity to work across multiple areas of the swim school.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Welcoming families and delivering warm, professional customer service
  • Managing bookings, enrolments and customer enquiries
  • Supporting day-to-day reception and centre operations
  • Assisting families on pool deck and helping maintain a safe, family focused environment
  • Teaching swim lessons once trained and qualified
  • Create a positive and welcoming experience for our families

 

About You

We’re looking for people who:

  • Enjoy working with people and building positive relationships
  • Are friendly, organised and reliable
  • Communicate confidently and professionally
  • Thrive in busy team environments
  • Bring positive energy and a willingness to learn
  • Are willing to complete swim teacher training as part of the role

You’ll also have:

  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Experience working with children or in hospitality/customer service (preferred)
  • CPR certification and a valid Working with Children Check (Blue Card), or willingness to obtain
  • Reliability, flexibility and the ability to work across afternoons and weekends
