Help Launch Our New Holland Park Swim School

Carlile Swim is preparing to open a brand-new, purpose-built swim school in Holland Park, and we’re looking for Customer Experience Team Members to join our opening team.

About Carlile Swim

When Children Swim Better, Families Feel Safer

Because swimming isn’t optional. It’s essential.

At Carlile Swim, we believe every child should learn to swim well. As Australia’s leading swim school, we deliver millions of lessons each year across a growing national network, helping children become safer, more confident swimmers for life.

Founded by Forbes and Ursula Carlile, Carlile Swim pioneered the learn-to-swim industry in Australia and has been shaping it for 80 years. They established Australia’s first commercial swim school and set the standard for teaching methods, innovation and an uncompromising commitment to child safety that continues today.

Our programs build more than just skills in the water. They build confidence, resilience and lifelong habits that stay with children well beyond the pool.

Our purpose is to create an environment where the growth of great swimmers and great people is inevitable. That shows up in every lesson, every interaction and every role across our team.

We see the impact every day. Families gain confidence. Children develop independence. Communities become safer around water.

From there, Carlile Swim will support you and cover the costs of the required training and licensing so you can confidently deliver swim lessons as part of your role.
