As a Client Success Officer at CareVicinity, you’ll ensure our client-side users – coordinators, authorised representatives and individual clients – are set up for success on the platform. Your primary responsibility is job fulfilment – ensuring every job is successfully matched with a suitable worker through proactive recruitment and engagement. You’ll also provide first-line platform support, helping users navigate the platform and resolve common issues. The role is high-volume and phone-led (80+calls/day) to hit fulfilment KPIs.

Call centres, telecommunications, or any high-volume customer service environment. If you’ve handled 80+ phone calls a day, kept your cool under pressure, and genuinely enjoyed helping people resolve problems; you’re exactly who we’re after.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct targeted outbound recruitment and high-volume phone outreach (80+ calls) to source and engage workers for specific jobs.
  • Monitor active job postings and proactively follow up with clients and workers to remove barriers to successful job fulfilment.
  • Support coordinators, authorised representatives and individual clients through onboarding, ensuring they can confidently use the CareVicinity platform.
  • Provide prompt, professional technical support and resolve platform enquiries via phone, email and chat.
  • Work collaboratively with Compliance and Accounts teams to resolve operational issues and deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Maintain accurate client records, interactions and job updates within company systems.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client engagement, platform adoption and customer satisfaction.
