About the Role:

  • Lead, mentor and support the spray paint team to achieve daily production targets
  • Allocate work and monitor workflow to maximise efficiency and quality
  • Conduct quality checks and provide coaching to maintain exceptional workmanship
  • Paint cars to a high standard and in accordance with CARe processes
  • Work closely with the Production Manager and other departments to meet repair deadlines
  • Assist with vehicle preparation, colour mixing and polishing as required
  • Maintain spray booths, equipment and a clear workspace
  • Assist other painters and preppers as necessary

About You:

  • Qualified Spray Painter with extensive industry experience
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and develop others
  • Team-first attitude with a hands-on approach to leadership
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional quality and customer outcomes
  • Permanent Resident or appropriate Australian working rights
