Description

Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Account Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and leading a team of account managers. The Senior Account Director will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for all account-related matters
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts
  • Lead a team of account managers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, strategy, and project management, to ensure client satisfaction and project success
  • Develop and execute account plans, including strategic account objectives, revenue targets, and growth opportunities
  • Monitor and report on account performance, providing regular updates to senior management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including financial and legal requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in account management, preferably in a senior leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing successful client relationships
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
