Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Account Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and leading a team of account managers. The Senior Account Director will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for all account-related matters
Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts
Lead a team of account managers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, strategy, and project management, to ensure client satisfaction and project success
Develop and execute account plans, including strategic account objectives, revenue targets, and growth opportunities
Monitor and report on account performance, providing regular updates to senior management
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including financial and legal requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
8+ years of experience in account management, preferably in a senior leadership role
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing successful client relationships
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
