Clarendon Homes, part of Campbell Property Group (CPG) and one of Australia’s leading residential home builders, is looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at Rochedale Arise — one of South-East Queensland’s busiest and most established display home locations.

 

As a Sales Consultant, you will be at the forefront of the customer journey, guiding buyers through one of life’s most important decisions – building their new home. This role is ideal for a high-performing consultant who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment and is ready to capitalise on strong enquiry levels and demand for a premium product. By delivering a professional, consultative sales experience, you will play a key role in driving results while building lasting customer relationships.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Represent Clarendon Homes at the Rochedale Arise display centre, delivering a premium brand experience
  • Manage the full sales journey, from initial enquiry through to signed contract
  • Build strong rapport with customers and guide them confidently through the new home selection process
  • Present home designs, inclusions, and upgrade options with clarity and confidence
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets in a high-demand environment
  • Work a rotating roster from Thursday to Monday (weekend work essential)
