Sales Consultant – Hunter Valley

Domaine Homes | $400K+ OTE | Uncapped Commissions | Full Time

 

Domaine Homes is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team in the Hunter Region.

 

With an OTE $400k + this is an exceptional opportunity for a high-performing consultant looking to capitalise on strong enquiry levels, premium product demand, and long-term growth across the Hunter Region.

The role

  • Represent Domaine Homes at the display centre
  • Manage the full customer journey from enquiry through to signed contract
  • Work with both greenfield and knockdown rebuild customers
  • Build strong customer relationships and deliver a premium sales experience
  • Confidently present home designs, inclusions and upgrade options
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets in a high-demand environment
  • Roster: Thursday to Monday (weekend work essential)

 

About you

  • Proven experience in residential new home sales
  • Previous experience within a project home builder will be highly regarded
  • Strong understanding of the Hunter Valley/Newcastle market preferred
  • Excellent communication, presentation and closing skills
  • Results-driven, organised and self-motivated
  • Professional approach with a customer-first mindset
  • Able to thrive in a busy, high-performing display environment
