Campbell Property Group (CPG) – one of Australia’s leading residential construction and property development companies – is seeking Expressions of Interest from proactive, hardworking and driven mortgage brokers who are ready to build their own business.
Joining the team based out of Norwest, you’ll be coached and mentored by an exceptional industry leader whilst being supported by an experienced, high-performing team.
What you’ll do
- Provide tailored lending advice and end‑to‑end mortgage broking services.
- Assess clients’ financial situations and recommend suitable loan products.
- Prepare and submit loan applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Liaise with lenders, and other stakeholders to progress applications.
- Build and maintain a strong, trusted referral network.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience, ensuring transparency and clear communication at every stage.
About you
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Strong understanding of construction, residential and investment lending products.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
- Sound knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the mortgage and finance sector.
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker or lending specialist (banking or brokerage).
- Demonstrated success managing a pipeline of clients and settlements.
- Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (essential).
