Campbell Property Group(CPG), one of Australia’s leading residential construction and property development companies, is looking for an experienced Residential House & Land Coordinator to join our Clarendon Homes team in Loganholme QLD.

 

The House and Land Coordinator is responsible for creating House & Land packages to the extent of fixing site costs prior to deposit stage. This role involves building relationships and obtaining sufficient information to provide guidance to the sales team

What you’ll do:

  • Create and manage House & Land packages across Queensland
  • Ensure site costs are fixed prior to deposit stage
  • Build and maintain relationships with land developers
  • Identify potential risks that could impact build costs
  • Utilise online resources and site inspection to anticipate site costs for any vacant land in established areas or knock down sites.
  • Calculate fixed site costs to the extent of foundation design based on available information at deposit stage
  • Communicate contents of fixed price site costs to ensure sales estimating are aware of site costs captured
  • Timely and accurate updates provided to relevant teams.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Drafting, and Estimating teams to provide clear, accurate updates

 

About you

To be successful, you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience in residential sales estimating (volume builder experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of QLD building regulations, council planning codes, and developer guidelines
  • Proficiency with Framework software
  • Ability to identify constructability issues in plans and applying site requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to handle competing priorities
  • Clear, confident communication and strong stakeholder management
  • A collaborative, team-focused mindset
