The Opportunity

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and results-focused Call Centre Operators to join our dynamic team on a casual basis. Your role will be pivotal in supporting our client’s fundraising efforts by leveraging your excellent communication and customer service skills that result in sales. You will be the primary point of contact for inbound and outbound calls to promote the work and mission of our clients through various fundraising initiatives. You will be engaging with existing and new customers, fostering lasting and positive relationships, whilst delivering a high level of customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Communicating by phone with existing and new customers to develop strong relationships and support fundraising activity.

• Processing financial transactions

• Responding to queries in a timely and professional manner.

• Documenting and recording customer information and queries while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.

• Seeking feedback via various tools to obtain information and data to support enhancement of customer service.

About You

You will have excellent and clear communication skills and be committed to providing high quality customer service.

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

• Availability to work shifts between Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm, with potential for ad hoc weekend and evening shifts.

• A current and valid National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain prior to commencing employment)
