About the role

We’re looking for a 1st Year Landscape Construction Apprentice to join our growing Landscape Construction team.

This is a hands-on opportunity to build real skills working on high-end residential projects, alongside an experienced Landscape Construction Manager and site team. You’ll be supported throughout your apprenticeship with on-the-job training, mentoring, and formal TAFE study.

This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their landscape construction career who’s motivated, reliable, and keen to learn.

What you’ll be doing

  • Assisting with landscape construction works across residential sites
  • Working alongside Landscape Construction Managers, Site Managers and qualified landscapers
  • Using tools and machinery appropriate to your level of training
  • Maintaining a safe, tidy, and high-quality work environment
  • Attending TAFE and completing your apprenticeship requirements
  • Learning best‑practice construction, safety, and workmanship standards

About you

  • Currently in (or ready to commence) 1st year of a Landscape Apprenticeship
  • Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle
  • White Card (Construction Induction Card)
  • Keen eye for detail and pride in your work
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and ask questions
  • Able to work well in a team and follow direction on site
