What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Experience: You’ve worked in a high-production kitchen and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for Baking: You’re passionate about baking, constantly looking to innovate and push boundaries with new flavours and techniques.
- Team Player: You’re a natural collaborator who works well independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- High Standards: You understand the importance of food safety and always maintain a clean, organised workspace.
- Resilience: You handle high-pressure situations with ease and have the stamina to work in a physically demanding role.
- Qualifications: Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) is preferred.
- Weekend Availability: You’re flexible and able to work on weekends and public holidays.
