Burton Demolition is seeking a proactive and detail‑driven Sales Administrator to support our growing team. As the first point of contact for customer enquiries, you’ll play a key role in managing incoming leads, preparing accurate job information for quoting, coordinating variations and ensuring customers receive clear, timely communication throughout their journey.

This role suits someone who enjoys a mix of customer interaction, administration and coordinating information in a fast‑paced, technical environment.

The Role

As our Sales Administrator, you will manage all incoming enquiries via phone, email and website, gather the right information for quoting, and support the sales pipeline from first contact through to handover.

You’ll also assist with processing variations when scope or costs change, ensuring all updates are communicated clearly to customers, estimators and operations.

Your accuracy and coordination directly support our quoting turnaround and overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming sales enquiries via phone, email and website
  • Qualify customer information and prepare detailed job briefs for estimators
  • Track quote progress and follow up with customers
  • Provide customers with general information, process guidance and indicative timeframes
  • Process variations and additional costing requirements after agreements are signed
  • Liaise with operations regarding scope changes, additional works and customer approvals
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and job information
  • Support smooth communication between customers, estimators and internal teams
  • Deliver professional, friendly and consistent customer service

What You’ll Bring
