As our business continues to expand, we’re looking for an organised, proactive Recruitment & Workforce Coordinator to take ownership of internal recruitment and workforce scheduling across multiple projects and crews.

About the Role
This is a hands-on position combining blue-collar recruitment, workforce scheduling, and labour coordination. You’ll work closely with supervisors, HR and field staff to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles across our business.
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, onboarding and inductions
- Build and maintain a strong labour pipeline
- Coordinate daily and weekly workforce scheduling across multiple crews
- Allocate labour to meet operational and project requirements
- Manage roster changes and occasional after-hours communication when needed
- Liaise with HR, supervisors and managers regarding labour needs
- Support compliance by ensuring licences, tickets and training records are up to date
- Assist with onboarding, mobilisation and workforce documentation
- Support timesheet and payroll coordination when required
- Maintain strong communication with field staff to support engagement and retention
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in blue-collar recruitment, labour coordination, scheduling or workforce planning
- Background in demolition, construction, civil, logistics, transport environments (highly regarded)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to juggle changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Confidence working with Microsoft Office and workforce/HR systems
- Flexibility to support operational roster changes when required
