Project Manager – Demolition & Civil

Burton Demolition is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced and commercially minded Project Manager to lead demolition projects from initial pricing through to safe, successful delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on technical problem‑solving, enjoys taking full ownership of project outcomes, and wants to work across a diverse mix of commercial, industrial and residential demolition projects.

What You Will Lead

• Estimating demolition works and preparing accurate quotes and tenders
• Reviewing plans, engineering reports and scope requirements
• Managing projects from award to completion with full commercial oversight
• Coordinating labour, subcontractors, plant and heavy machinery
• Monitoring budgets, timelines, variations and project profitability
• Conducting site inspections and maintaining strong client relationships
• Ensuring compliance with demolition codes, environmental controls and WHS
• Managing multiple tenders and live projects simultaneously
• Identifying practical solutions to site and operational challenges

What You Bring

• Experience in demolition, civil, construction or related industries
• Strong estimating and project management capability
• Ability to interpret commercial and residential plans
• Experience preparing tenders, quotes and scope documentation
• Excellent organisation, communication and stakeholder management
• Commercial awareness and confidence making decisions on the ground
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of outcomes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management systems
