We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Showroom Sales Consultant

to join our Ringwood team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer service and design, and who is eager to learn, grow, and build a rewarding career with a growing business.

The Position

Our Sales Consultants work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide expert product knowledge, and guide them through their product selections. Daily tasks include:

  • Greet customers upon arrival at the Showroom
  • Provide expert product knowledge, including features, benefits, specifications, pricing
  • Guide customers through the sales process from start to finish including quotes, arranging delivery; handling returns or exchanges if necessary
  • Build a strong sales pipeline and follow up with leads via phone, email or site visits
  • Understand and be responsive to customer needs
  • Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment
  • Develop warm and productive relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues

About You

We are looking for someone highly motivated to drive sales growth and exceed targets. A

genuine interest and familiarity with bathware and/or kitchen products as well as a natural flair for interior design concepts is advantageous.
