Branch Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to oversee our Ferntree Gully Branch. This role is responsible for managing the daily operations of the branch, ensuring sales targets are met, and providing excellent customer service. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for leading and motivating a team of employees to achieve company goals.

What will you be doing?

– Manage all aspects of the branch including sales, inventory management, and customer service

– Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets

– Train and motivate staff to provide exceptional customer service

– Monitor employee performance and provide feedback as needed

– Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

– Handle customer inquiries or complaints in a professional manner

– Maintain a clean and organized store environment
