As a Personal Care Worker with us, you will work with our residents living in our beautiful Blue Mountains facility and be responsible for providing quality care to residents to ensure their wellbeing.
We have multiple casual positions with a variety of morning, afternoon and night shifts
available.
If you have completed a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or if you are currently studying
a qualification in Nursing, we encourage you to apply!

Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Have completed Certificate III in Individual Care or equivalent qualification
- Demonstrate a genuine interest in aged care nursing
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Have knowledge and understanding of Work Health and Safety principles
- Have sound written and verbal communication skills
- Have strong organisational and time management skills
- Be proactive, flexible and willing to show initiative
- Be able to work effectively as part of a team and able to accept direction
- Have a basic knowledge of computers
- ·Valid NDIS Workers Clearance and working rights within Australia
Duties of the position:
- Assist residents with their daily care needs including showering, dressing and meals
- Ensure each resident’s dignity, privacy and confidentiality is maintained at all times
- Ensure safe use of equipment to assist residents with limited mobility
- Ensure delivery of quality care to each resident as specified on their individual care plan
- Demonstrate an awareness of the physical, social and emotional needs of each resident
- Noting and reporting changes in physical, behavioural or emotional wellbeing of each resident to the registered nurse, in a timely manner
