Working alongside a dedicated Account Coordinator, you’ll focus on client engagement, strategic workforce planning and account growth, while your coordinator supports contractor onboarding, mobilisation and ongoing contractor care.

If you enjoy building strong client relationships, solving workforce challenges and creating long-term partnerships, we’d love to hear from you.

Why Join Us?

As our business continues to grow, we’re investing in experienced people who can help strengthen our client partnerships and deliver exceptional workforce solutions.

This role offers the opportunity to:

  • Work with major clients across Australia and Papua New Guinea.
  • Build strategic, long-term customer relationships.
  • Lead workforce planning and mobilisation strategies.
  • Work within an experienced, collaborative team.
  • Develop into senior leadership or operational management roles as the business continues to grow.

About the Role

As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall success of your client portfolio.

You’ll become the trusted advisor to your clients, ensuring we consistently deliver exceptional service while identifying opportunities to strengthen and expand our partnerships.

Working closely with your dedicated Account Coordinator, you’ll ensure contractors receive an outstanding experience while maintaining strong communication with both clients and internal teams.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for your assigned accounts.
  • Understand clients’ workforce requirements and provide strategic workforce solutions.
  • Lead regular client meetings and performance reviews.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and expand services.
  • Ensure service delivery meets and exceeds client expectations.
  • Partner with recruitment and operations teams to ensure workforce requirements are delivered successfully.
  • Support mobilisation planning for new projects and workforce expansions.
  • Resolve complex client or contractor issues professionally and proactively.
  • Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and support your Account Coordinator to ensure exceptional contractor care and operational delivery.

About You

We’re looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, takes ownership, and understands that exceptional service is what creates long-term partnerships.

You’ll ideally have experience in:

  • Account Management
  • Recruitment or Workforce Solutions
  • Mining, Resources or Industrial Staffing
  • Labour Hire or Workforce Management
  • Client Relationship Management

Most importantly, you’ll demonstrate:

  • Exceptional relationship-building skills.

  • Strong communication and influencing abilities.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
  • Excellent organisation and time management.
  • Confidence managing multiple priorities.
  • The ability to build trust with clients, contractors and internal teams.
  • Leadership through collaboration rather than hierarchy.

What Success Looks Like

It’s measured by:

  • Clients who trust you as their workforce partner.
  • Strong contractor retention and engagement.
  • High levels of service delivery.
  • Growing existing client relationships.
  • Identifying opportunities before your client asks.
  • Solving problems before they become issues.
  • Building long-term partnerships that continue to grow.

Why Our Team?

We pride ourselves on delivering a level of service that goes beyond recruitment.
