Are you someone who enjoys working with people but also loves organisation, process and making sure things run smoothly?

We’re looking for an Account Coordinator to join our growing team, supporting our mining clients and expatriate contractors working on projects throughout PNG .

This role is ideal for someone with or without experience in agency recruitment (Resourcer, Candidate Manager, Delivery Consultant or Recruitment Consultant), or someone with strong coordination, customer service or workforce administration experience who is looking for a long-term career in contractor care and operations.

About the Role

As an Account Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for managing the contractor journey from onboarding through to assignment completion.

You’ll become the primary point of contact for contractors, ensuring they receive exceptional support throughout their assignment while coordinating mobilisation, documentation and ongoing communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and mobilisation.
  • Coordinate contractor documentation and compliance.
  • Support international workforce mobilisation and global mobility processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors.
  • Act as the primary point of contact throughout each assignment.
  • Manage multiple onboarding activities simultaneously.
  • Keep contractors and Account Managers informed through proactive communication.
  • Conduct regular contractor welfare and engagement check-ins.
  • Resolve day-to-day issues including documentation, mobilisation delays and contractor enquiries.
  • Identify potential issues early and work collaboratively to resolve them.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve processes and the contractor experience.
