About the Role

As the first point of contact for our Service Department, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your day will include:

  • Greeting and welcoming customers into the dealership
  • Managing service enquiries via phone and email
  • Creating and maintaining service bookings
  • Providing administrative support to the Service Department
  • Assisting customers both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Managing reception duties and incoming calls
  • Supporting customer satisfaction initiatives and departmental KPIs
