This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. From brand-new vehicles to quality used cars, you’ll be responsible for preparing every vehicle before it reaches its new owner. About the Role

You will be responsible for cleaning, detailing and preparing vehicles for delivery and display, ensuring they meet The Lane Group’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and detail the interior and exterior of new and used vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles for any damage and report issues promptly.
• Safely use cleaning chemicals, equipment and detailing tools.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with customers as required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be reliable, hardworking and take pride in producing high-quality work.
• Hold a current Australian driver’s licence.
• Have Australian working rights.
• Possess strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Have previous experience in vehicle detailing, buffing, polishing or customer service (preferred but not essential).
