Our kitchen focuses on quality pub food done well, using fresh ingredients and delivering consistently great meals across lunch, dinner, and everything in between. From relaxed midweek services to packed weekends, we’re looking for a chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being part of a close-knit team.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Be able to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Have a passion for quality food, fresh produce, and delivering consistently great meals.
  • Be reliable, punctual, and hard-working.
  • Possess strong communication skills and work well as part of a team.
  • Adhere to kitchen procedures, food safety, and WHS standards.
  • Have sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Be available to work a mix of nights and weekends.
  • Have Australian working rights.
