Full Time / Part-Time Guest Service Agent

voco Melbourne Central

At voco™ Melbourne Central, we create warm, memorable stays through genuine connections and thoughtful service. We’re looking for a 1 Full-Time Guest Service Agent and 1 Part-Time Guest Service Agent who can both support valet parking operations.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Delivering a friendly, seamless check-in and check-out experience
  • Assisting guests with enquiries, requests, hotel amenities, hotel services and local recommendations
  • Supporting valet parking operations, including parking and retrieving guest vehicles
  • Coordinating guest arrivals and departures with care and efficiency
  • Working closely with Housekeeping and other departments to enhance guest experiences
  • Handling guest concerns professionally and promptly

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous hotel front office or customer service experience preferred
  • Confident driving ability with a full, unrestricted Australian driver license (required)
  • Previous experience with Valet Parking is highly regarded
  • Previous experience with Opera PMS is highly regarded
  • Professional presentation and strong communication skills
  • A proactive, guest-focused mindset
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
