About the Role

We are seeking a Recruitment & Workforce Development Specialist to deliver end-to-end recruitment and onboarding support while helping strengthen workforce capability across the business. Working closely with leaders, you will provide practical support across recruitment, talent attraction, workforce planning and development initiatives, while contributing to a positive candidate and employee experience. This role is offered as a full-time opportunity from our Adelaide office with regular (i.e. monthly) site travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities across a broad range of roles with a focus on supporting a high performing team at our Honeymoon site
  • Build and maintain talent pools to support current and future workforce needs across the business.
  • Partner with leaders on workforce planning, succession thinking and strategies to attract and retain key talent.
  • Support the development of Boss Energy’s employer of choice brand through talent attraction initiatives, recruitment marketing, candidate experience improvements and broader culture and engagement activities.
  • Coordinate and represent the company at career expos, graduate and vacation student program activities, networking events and other recruitment initiatives to strengthen future talent pipelines.
  • Support onboarding, induction and workforce development initiatives that strengthen capability and employee experience.
  • Support engagement with Native Title Owners and local communities in recruitment activities, helping promote inclusive employment pathways and strengthen community relationships.

 About You

  • 5 years previous experience in recruitment, workforce development or a similar people-focused role.
  • Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Experience in mining, resources or another fast-paced operational environment will be highly regarded.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and commitment to supporting safe work practices.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and National Police Check
  • Be able to travel to site on a monthly basis
