Taxation Accountant

Well established Chartered Accounting and Business Advisory firm that has been operating for over 40 years. We are a professional and friendly team, providing dedicated service to our clients who operate in a variety of industries throughout Western Australia.

We are seeking an experienced Taxation Accountant. You will join our team and be supported with experienced professionals and systems.

Essential Skills and Experience required for the role:

• a minimum of one to two years full time experience in taxation and business services, working towards completing the CA Program or equivalent
• a high level of experience and understanding with the preparation of financial accounts for all entity types including Self Managed Superfunds, preparation of income tax returns, FBT returns and activity statements
• Strong taxation knowledge with ability to apply key tax concepts and articulate accordingly.
• excellent communication skills both personally and in writing as this role will involve direct client contact and communication
• the ability to work well unsupervised, is self motivated and organised
•  excellent computer literacy is essential in the use of BGL360, XERO, XPM and cloud base systems.
