What we’re looking for
Speech Pathologists and Senior Speech Pathologists at all experience levels. Skills matter, but so does mindset — specifically, curiosity, a willingness to grow, and care for the people around you as much as the people you serve.
You’ll be a good fit if you want to do meaningful clinical work without drowning in paperwork, grow in a team that actually invests in your development, and be part of building something from the ground up in a way most clinicians never get the chance to.
The role
- Deliver evidence-based therapy across homes, schools, communities, and our spaces — partnering with clients and families to build independence, confidence, and quality of life.
- Work within a genuine team-first culture where supervision is structured, knowledge-sharing is the norm, and you’re never figuring things out alone.
- Use AI tools that are genuinely useful — designed to handle admin so you can focus on clinical work, not the other way around.
