About BlueRocket Therapy

We’re not just another allied health provider. BlueRocket is a founder-led, AI-native organisation rethinking how therapy is delivered in Australia. Our purpose is simple: allied health, accelerated.

Here, clinicians operate in a team-first environment where technology and AI remove admin, elevate outcomes, and free you to focus on what matters most – your clients. If you’re looking for a place where bold thinking and genuine impact come together, you’ve found it.

We’ve launched our Victorian service and are recruiting Occupational Therapists in western Melbourne to establish BlueRocket’s presence in communities where demand for quality allied health far outstrips supply. Western Melbourne is home to some of Victoria’s most culturally diverse communities, including families navigating the NDIS for the first time and people whose access to consistent, high quality OT has been limited. If that kind of work matters to you, keep reading.

What You’ll Do

  • Build a caseload that suits you, with options for paediatric, adult, or mixed caseloads across NDIS and Support at Home programs
  • Deliver high quality, evidence-based occupational therapy aligned to your clinical interests and strengths
  • Work across community settings including homes, schools, and other client environments
  • Partner with families, schools, carers, and support networks to achieve meaningful outcomes
  • Use AI-enabled systems that dramatically reduce documentation, reporting, and scheduling time, so you can focus on delivering great therapy
  • Practice within robust clinical governance aligned with AHPRA, NDIS, and best practice standards

Who We’re Looking For

  • Registered Occupational Therapist with current AHPRA registration
  • Experience delivering community-based OT services
  • Confident managing your own caseload and clinical decision-making
  • Own vehicle and current driver’s licence
  • NDIS experience preferred but not essential if you have strong community-based skills
  • Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

Ready to Work Differently?

If you’re an Occupational Therapist who wants freedom, meaningful caseloads in communities that genuinely need you, and systems that respect your time, we should talk.
