About the Role
As a Full Time Sales Assistant, you’ll be working a Tuesday to Saturday roster – working 76 hours a fortnight, creating memorable in‑store experiences for our customers while supporting the smooth day‑to‑day running of the boutique. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys styling, building genuine customer connections, and being part of a brand that values sustainability and community as much as fashion. Blue Illusion offers the opportunity to combine leadership, style, and community connection within a supportive, purpose‑driven brand.
What You’ll Be Doing
·Creating warm, personalised customer experiences and styling recommendations
·Supporting visual merchandising to keep the boutique looking inspiring and on‑brand
·Drive and achieve sales targets through effective merchandising, product knowledge, and customer service.
·Processing deliveries and maintaining organised stock rooms
·Assisting with online order fulfilment
·Handling customer enquiries with care and professionalism
