Current Opportunities

We are currently hiring across our Eastland, Doncaster, and Balwyn boutiques, with a range of roles available:

Store Leadership (Full Time – hours per fortnight)

  • Eastland – 76 hours
  • Doncaster – 76 hours

Sales Assistants (Part Time – hours per fortnight)

  • Eastland – 25 hours & 38 hours
  • Doncaster – 18 hours
  • Balwyn – 32.5 hours

About the Role

Across all positions, you’ll contribute to creating memorable in-store experiences and building genuine connections with our customers.

Sales Assistant roles will focus on:

  • Personalised customer service and styling
  • Supporting visual merchandising and boutique presentation
  • Stock management and deliveries
  • Online order fulfilment
  • Creating a warm and welcoming in-store environment

Store Manager roles will also include:

  • Leading, coaching, and inspiring a boutique team
  • Driving sales performance and achieving KPIs
  • Managing rosters, operations, and store standards
  • Building a strong local customer community
  • Leading by example in delivering exceptional service
