We are currently hiring across our Eastland, Doncaster, and Balwyn boutiques, with a range of roles available:
Store Leadership (Full Time – hours per fortnight)
- Eastland – 76 hours
- Doncaster – 76 hours
Sales Assistants (Part Time – hours per fortnight)
- Eastland – 25 hours & 38 hours
- Doncaster – 18 hours
- Balwyn – 32.5 hours

About the Role
Across all positions, you’ll contribute to creating memorable in-store experiences and building genuine connections with our customers.
Sales Assistant roles will focus on:
- Personalised customer service and styling
- Supporting visual merchandising and boutique presentation
- Stock management and deliveries
- Online order fulfilment
- Creating a warm and welcoming in-store environment
Store Manager roles will also include:
- Leading, coaching, and inspiring a boutique team
- Driving sales performance and achieving KPIs
- Managing rosters, operations, and store standards
- Building a strong local customer community
- Leading by example in delivering exceptional service
