The Opportunity

Black Cat Civil are seeking applications from experienced Civil Construction Personnel for projects based across the Emerald Region.

Successful applicants must live within the Central Queensland region.

These positions will be on a DIDO 9 days on and 5 days off roster, with accommodation provided. Roles will be commencing in mid-July.

We are particularly interested in hearing from experienced operators for the following roles:

  • Excavator Operator
  • Grader Operator
  • Dozer Operator
  • Roller Operator
  • Moxy Operator
  • Current Coal Board Medical and Standard 11

Candidates must possess nationally recognised plant tickets and competencies.

Highly Regarded Skills:

  • HR class driver’s license highly regarded
  • Final Trim / GPS Experience

Desired skills & experience

  • Demonstrated experience on civil, mining or resource related projects or maintenance operations.
  • Previous experience working on infrastructure projects including roads and highway project will be highly regarded
  • Current tickets (RII qualification)
  • Current Coal Board Medical, Standard 11 – highly regarded
