Instore Senior Stylist
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Fashion Stylist to join our Cooma store team.

You will be part of a small dynamic team supporting the birdsnest customer who travels from far and away to visit our store in Cooma and enjoy our unique retail experience and service. The role also encompasses one-on-one and group styling, in our dedicated styling room to create memorable, confidence-building experiences for customers.

We love to solve women’s wardrobe dilemmas by providing personalised styling advice, styled outfit inspiration, award winning customer service and a vast range of brands and sizes for all body shapes. Ultimately, our mission is to help our customers find the perfect outfit that makes them feel amazing – inside and out.
About the role
This role includes:
- Delivering personalised styling experiences that build confidence and loyalty
- Leading one-on-one and group styling sessions in our styling space
- Providing thoughtful, practical outfit solutions tailored to each customer
- Contributing to visual merchandising and in-store presentation
- Supporting day-to-day store operations
- Working Monday – Saturday, ideally minimum 3 days
- Other tasks relevant to the position

- Has a strong experience and a love of fashion styling
- Has a genuine, empathetic approach to customer service
- Is a confident communicator who creates a warm and welcoming environment
- Has the ability to stay calm and effective when the pressure is on
- Has an eye for visual merchandising and presentation
- Is comfortable using technology as an integrated part of their role
- Enjoys working in a team environment and contributing to a positive team culture
