What you’ll be doing:

📞 Handling inbound sales enquiries and customer support via phone & email

🛒 Supporting key accounts and resolving escalations with confidence

📊 Managing CRM data with accuracy and ownership

🚚 Collaborating with the Customer Care team on delivery issues

⭐ Championing our most valued customers through our Watchlist program
