The Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and organised Administrative Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day operations of Biointelect and Biointelect Venturer. Working closely with the Executive Officer, General Manager of Biointelect Venturer, and the wider team, you will support office operations, governance activities, internal systems, events, and business administration. This is a varied role that will suit someone who enjoys being organised, takes initiative, and likes helping teams operate at their best.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day office and administrative support.
- Coordinate meetings, travel, facilities, and office logistics.
- Support governance meetings, including scheduling, preparation of materials, minute-taking, and maintaining records.
- Assist with internal events, client meetings, workshops, and conferences.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including equipment and system access.
- Maintain internal systems, documentation, and business records.
- Provide basic Salesforce administration and reporting support.

You bring:
- Previous experience in an administrative, office support, executive support, team
coordination, or similar role.
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated initiative, sound judgement, and the ability to work independently while knowing when to seek guidance.
- A willingness to learn, take feedback on board, and continuously develop.
- A positive attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves and help where needed.
- Formal training or qualifications in business administration, office administration, business services, executive support, or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems will be highly regarded but is not essential.
