About the Opportunity

Due to continued business growth, we are seeking a highly organised and motivated Project Administrator to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys supporting operational teams, and takes pride in delivering exceptional administrative support. Working closely with the Business Unit Manager and Project Teams, you will play a critical role in ensuring projects are established correctly, resources are coordinated effectively, and key administrative processes run smoothly.

As part of a larger administration and support network, you will be surrounded by a collaborative team who are committed to quality outcomes, continuous improvement and supporting one another’s success.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Providing high-level administrative support to the Business Unit Manager and project teams.
  • Coordinating project setup and ensuring compliance with company systems and processes.
  • Preparing and maintaining project documentation, records and reporting requirements.
  • Supporting project scheduling and workforce coordination across multiple projects.
  • Organising inductions, training, compliance requirements and onboarding activities.
  • Booking travel, accommodation, vehicle hire and project logistics.
  • Assisting with invoicing, purchase orders and project financial administration.
  • Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes and managing follow-up actions.
  • Maintaining SharePoint, project management systems and document control processes.
  • Reviewing project documentation to ensure quality, accuracy and completeness.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, field teams and support functions.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Previous experience in a Project Administrator, Senior Administrator, Operations Administrator or similar role.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • High levels of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Experience with project management systems, ERP platforms or document control systems will be highly regarded.
  • Exposure to environmental, construction, infrastructure, resources or consulting industries will be advantageous but is not essential.
