The Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will provide hands-on support across People & Culture administration, recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, reporting, compliance, and culture initiatives. You will also support the wider People & Culture team and help ensure our people processes run smoothly, efficiently, and with a high level of care.

This role would suit someone who is highly organised, service-focused, and ready to roll up their sleeves in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

What you will be doing

  • Acting as a first point of contact for general People & Culture queries
  • Managing and triaging the shared People & Culture inbox
  • Supporting recruitment and onboarding coordination across the business
  • Preparing contracts, variation letters, correspondence, and People & Culture templates
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and HRIS data
  • Supporting employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, employment changes, and offboarding
  • Assisting with People & Culture reporting, documentation, and compliance
  • Coordinating with third-party providers and supporting safety and return to work administration
  • Contributing to employee engagement initiatives and People & Culture projects

What we are looking for

  • 1 to 3 years’ experience in a People & Culture Coordinator role or similar
  • Strong administrative skills and excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A professional and approachable style with a strong customer service mindset
  • The ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Experience using HR systems is advantageous
  • A proactive attitude and genuine willingness to learn and grow
