The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced HR Truck Driver to join our team in a full-time, ongoing position. This is a hands-on role responsible for delivering building materials across the Perth metro area. You’ll play a key role in ensuring timely, safe, and professional deliveries to our customers and construction sites. This position is best suited to candidates looking for stable, long-term employment within a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate HR vehicles safely and in line with road regulations
- Deliver building materials accurately and on schedule
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Perform manual unloading at customer and construction sites
- Maintain delivery documentation and records
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members
- Follow all workplace health & safety procedures
What you’ll need:
- A valid HR-B or above license (essential)
- Demonstrated experience operating HR trucks in a delivery or similar environment
- Experience with manual unloading and physically demanding work
- Good knowledge of the Perth metro area
- Current White Card
- Strong understanding of road safety and site safety requirements
- Be based locally in Perth or surrounding suburbs and available for daily depot attendance
- Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Hiab or truck-mounted forklift experience (Desirable)
- LF Forklift licence (Desirable)
- Previous warehouse experience (Desirable)
