About the role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Victorian Distribution Centre and delivery network located at Keilor Park. This role involves leading a small team, overseeing warehouse and dispatch processes, coordinating third-party delivery contractors, completing deliveries and installations, and maintaining high standards across safety, customer service, inventory accuracy, and overall operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the Victorian Distribution Centre
- Ensure safe, clean, and efficient warehouse operations
- Manage receivals, dispatch, stock control, and DIFOT performance
- Coordinate local deliveries and third-party contractors
- Complete deliveries, furniture assembly, and warranty/NCR tasks
- Support project installations including delivery, setup, and site coordination
- Conduct site inspections to ensure installation readiness
- Maintain accurate reporting, records, and daily work plans
- Drive continuous improvement across warehouse and delivery processes
Experience & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in warehouse/distribution centre operations
- Background in logistics, delivery, or furniture assembly (or similar)
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience
- Lean/continuous improvement experience – highly regarded
- Hands-on, reliable, and customer-focused
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service
- Ability to read plans and work within spatial constraints
- Confident using tools for assembly work
- Competent with Microsoft Office and systems
- Current driver’s licence
- White Card
- Current Working With Children Check or willing to obtain
- Physically capable of manual handling
