Glue Bay Assemblers

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our Production Team as Glue Bay Assemblers. These hands-on roles are crucial in delivering high-quality furniture products that meet both our craftsmanship standards and customer expectations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and safety protocols.

This is a permanent, full-time position working:

• Monday to Thursday: 6:00am – 2:06pm
• Friday: 5:00am – 12:46pm

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Use hand tools to assemble parts.
• Conduct quality control checks, ensuring the finished product meets our standards.
• Clean and maintain work area and equipment.
• Applying adhesives or upholstery materials in line with product requirements
• Follow workflows and tasks to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Finished products to meet quality specifications and customer requirements.
• Perform in line with quality assurance standards, WH&S regulations and company policies

About You:

We’re looking for team players with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Ideal candidates will have:

• Experience in furniture assembly, upholstery, or manufacturing (preferred but not essential)
• Good understanding of basic hand tools and equipment
• The ability to read measurements and follow instructions accurately
• A problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
• A focus on quality and safety in everything you do
• Physical fitness and willingness to carry out manual handling tasks
